Truly one of the most outstanding large mountain ranches left in Teton Valley. The Legacy Ranch sets atop the rolling hills at the foot of the Teton Range in Teton Valley Idaho. The ranch amenities include a 40×65 metal building with concrete floor and tack room, fenced pasture for horses and other buildings. This ranch will handle 40-50 pair for summer grazing. The ranch does not have an irrigation water right although summer rains aid forage production. There is a pond on property which Grouse creek runs through. There is also a well at the pond location.
